We endeavour to dispatch orders on a same day basis providing the order is received before 12 noon, orders received after that are normally dispatched the next day providing the products are available.
Telemetry products are delivered by Special Delivery with the Royal Mail or by Citylink for larger items charged at the current rate to mainland addresses.

Returned Goods
If, upon receipt of your purchase you are not satisfied we will be happy to give you a full refund, or exchange the item if it is faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied and return the item to us as received with the original packaging. A refund will be made via the same method as used for payment. |
